For example, today, I'm trying to make a payment. This sounds simple until I reveal that I need to call them to double-check the amount. Therein doth lie the hard bit. So far I haven't even gotten through to a person - but I'm sure that when I do, I will have called the wrong number. So sure that I've allowed an hour of my day to sort this out.
