		<description>Duane - when I wrote my pre-review I based it on a webex sage gave me. I&#039;ve since spent an hour setting up an account and am playing with the live product and yeah, I have to concur.

I do quite like some of the smart things they&#039;re doing (rss, document management, collaboration etc) but the app itself is pretty horrendous
