Duane – when I wrote my pre-review I based it on a webex sage gave me. I’ve since spent an hour setting up an account and am playing with the live product and yeah, I have to concur.

I do quite like some of the smart things they’re doing (rss, document management, collaboration etc) but the app itself is pretty horrendous

let’s see what the next couple of months achieves
