		<description>Back in the day when I did IT training for a piece of tax software, I always used to explain it using clouds, showing how you enter data in one box, and it is then available &quot;in the cloud&quot; for use elsewhere in the software. It&#039;s a great method for people who need to see their abstract concepts visually (that would be me, then), although I found some people really struggled with anything that wasn&#039;t a list of menus to memorise.

Mind you, I wasn&#039;t a trypical trainer. Instead of working through all the submenus, I simply used to teach RTFS ... read the f***ing screen.
